No matter which package you select, our design process stays exactly the same, so no matter what, you won't be missing out.

Our design service works exactly like this:

 
1. Initial Design Consultation (30 Minutes)
We arrange a 30-minute completely free design consultation to allow us to meet each other. We can discuss your project in more detail and offer suggestions for the directions we can take the design in. At the end of this, we will provide you with a price for completing the design work. This also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

2. Gathering of Files (1 Day)
We receive all of the files required for us to complete the design. These include:
- Measurements
- Pictures
- Design Inspiration
- Anything else relevant to the requirements of the design

3. Initial Design Creation (14 Days)
We start the initial design creation phase. This is where we start to bring your garden to life. We create 2 initial designs that are different in both layout and material selection. We send both back to you to review.
This gives you the opportunity to see 2 potential designs for your garden and maybe realise new ideas that you would like to have in the final design.

4. Initial Design Review (30 - 60 Minutes)
A second meeting is then scheduled to allow us to review the initial designs and for us to discuss your thoughts on them. This is where we will decide what elements you like and what you would like to carry through into the final design. 

5. Final Design Creation (7 - 10 Days)
After this design review, we now start to put together your final design. All of your feedback is taken into account and all of the relevant changes are made.

6. Final Design Review (30 - 60 minutes)
Once your final design is completed, we send it back to you so that you can review it. Once you have done this, we schedule another meeting so that we can discuss your thoughts on things and if you would like to make any tweaks to the design.

7. Final Design Amendments (5 - 7 Days)
Following the review, if any changes are required we will update the design and ​send the updated 3D images back to you so that you can review again.

*Steps 6 and 7 can be repeated until no more changes are required

8. Final Design Documents Produced (2 - 4 Days)
Once you are 100% happy with the final design we will then start to produce all of the final design documents. Depending on the package you have selected, will depend on the documents you receive at the end of the design.
