A complete design to finish off this exciting new build in Ireland
The design we produced for this beautiful new build property, surrounded by the amazing Irish countryside.
A porcelain patio with contrast border creates a great space for the family to cook and eat, whilst enjoying the amazing views.
Our clients wanted the patio area to be a functional space where they could cook food and eat together as a family.
Continuing the porcelain theme, this sunken firepit area surrounded by attractive planting space creates an inviting area to enjoy those summer evenings.
Ample seating around the firepit allows for larger gatherings without being crowded, whilst the raised planters add a sense of closure to the space.
French doors from the bedroom open up onto this balcony. Glass balustrades add safety without obscuring the view. Chairs and a table make this an equally perfect space to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening.
Stairs down to the garden open the space up and allow it to become inclusive of the garden space, whilst creating perfect additional planting space.
We moved the existing driveway from the front of the house, off to the side. This gave much more space for parking, whilst allowing space at the front of the house for more privacy to be added.
At the front of the property we added pleached trees to create more privacy. We incorporated boxus hedges for added low level interest below the trees.
